I didn’t mean to lie about it, but I did. I brought all my running stuff to work, but I ended up not running. I decided to swim at lunch, so I could run with Charmaine in the evening… but then I got in the zone at work and didn’t look up until it was almost 9 at night.
So here’s what I did in the pool:
500 Free warm-up
4 x 100 Free (Gold’s Gym sucks, the clock has been broken for about 45 days now)
4 x 50 Lungbuster (breathing every 3,5,7,9 strokes)
4 x 50 Freestyle Stroke Drill
2 x 100 IM (no stroke-drills, full strokes only)
200 Free warm-down

No see, that’s great information for me to have. Although I doubt if I can swim a 500 for a warm-up. I doubt if I can swim a 500 at all. Maybe I’ll try a 200 Warm up, and I really like the ‘lungbusters.’ Those are very interesting. I’ll have to give it a whirl.
